Based on dance theory, these classes are designed for dancers looking to refine technique, control, strength and develop choreography and improvisation.
Students explore floor work, turns, travelling sequences, suspension and release.
The classes include group/paired work including lifts and counter balances.
There is also a focus on choreography, expression, musicality and artistry.
It perfectly supports GCSE, B-TEC or A-level dance.
